Terms of service

When you make an appointment at Lana Tarek Eyebrow Specialists, that time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule your appointment:

  • We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Should you cancel or reschedule within this time frame, you forfeit your deposit. We will send a courtesy reminder via SMS to your mobile prior to your appointment. Please bear in mind that if you do not receive your reminder, your appointment remains your responsibility to attend or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. If you do not confirm your appointment, your appointment is subject to cancellation.
  • If you cancel your appointment within 48hrs of your appointment or fail to show up to your appointment without notice, you will forfeit your deposit.
  • We require a 30% deposit for all online bookings.
  • All Cosmetic Tattoo services require a 30% deposit upon booking.
  • We require a $100 prepayment for all Cosmetic Tattoo consultations. This will be deducted from your Cosmetic Tattoo service fee. If you choose not to make a Cosmetic Tattoo booking after your consultation, the $100 is forfeited as the consult service fee and will not be refunded.
  • Deposits are non-refundable or transferable to any other services, or clients.
  • Prices, products, and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • Please note all free touch ups for cosmetic tattooing are valid for 3 months after initial treatment and can only be rescheduled once. If for any reason the appointment is rescheduled more than once or booked out of the 3-month period, the business will no longer honor the free touch up.
  • No Shows that occur more than twice consecutively will result in a booking ban. Our team will be unable to book future appointments at Lana Tarek Eyebrow Specialists for you if this happens. Please note 30% of the service total will also be forfeited if he/she no shows to the appointment.
  • All bookings during Peak Season (December) may require a 50% deposit.
  • All Cosmetic Tattoo service appointments are subject to approval. You must attend a consultation prior to your treatment to qualify as an ideal candidate for the service.
